Brianna (Bri) Rosano Tade, LSW
THERAPIST & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Bri (pronouns: she/her) is a compassionate and culturally-sensitive Social Worker dedicated to providing trauma-informed care to individuals, couples, and families of diverse backgrounds. She believes that macro-level, societal systems play a crucial part in the quality and wellness of our own interpersonal systems. With a social work background, Bri’s career trajectory has involved serving as a program support facilitator in nonprofit spaces, a Tier III clinician and interventionist in public schools, and as a psychotherapist.
As a second-generation Filipina-American, Bri brings a deep understanding of cultural nuances and intergenerational dynamics to her practice. Bri's clinical work extends across the lifespan, but specializes in working with adults who identify as second-generation AAPI and/or those who are wanting to address patterns of intergenerational trauma. She recognizes the unique challenges and strengths that all of her clients hold and strives to provide tailored support that acknowledges their cultural and familial contexts.
Bri’s expertise lies in identity exploration, familial and cultural conflicts, and C-PTSD. She incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rogerian Client-Centered Therapy, and parts work to foster healing and growth.
Central to Bri's practice is her belief in humility and non-judgment. She aims to create an open and authentic environment where clients can explore their emotions, identities, and background without fear of judgment. Bri recognizes the inevitable power dynamics at play when it comes to a therapeutic relationship, and encourages clients to embrace their autonomy and agency in their healing journey.
Bri received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from the University of Portland and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago.
Bri is supervised by Niki Aquino, LCSW.
